1. How can I change my email account?

Currently, we do not support direct email account switching.
If you are a Free Plan user, you can simply register a new account with your desired email address.
However, for Paid Users, here's an option: First, please navigate to [User Center - Profile - Plan - Cancel Subscription]. After your subscription expires, you can then subscribe with another email account."

2. Why do I keep getting logged out, or why can't I log in?

It could be due to one of the following reasons. Please review them:
Update your Google Chrome browser version to the newest
Check your cookies to ensure you're accepting cookies from our website.
Examine your plugins, as a third-party plugin might be blocking our website. You can temporarily disable your plugins and then try logging into our website again.

3. Why doesn't it respond after I click [Sign In]?

Please try signing in again in a new window.

4. How do I set a password for my account?

If your account was created through Google authorization, there is no way to set a password for it because it doesn't require a password for sign-in.
But if you register with email and password, you can reset your password in your “Profile - Change Password”.

5. How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in your “Profile”. When you delete it, you voluntarily give up all assets and rights associated with your account.

6. Can I get a refund after deleting my account?

There will be no refunds after you delete your account. We only guarantee refunds that comply with our refund terms. Please see more details at
