1. If you want to cancel the subscription, you can:


Click your name in the top right corner of the website, then go to your PLAN.
Click the button labeled "Cancel Subscription."
Read carefully and confirm on each step, especially choose "Cancel Subscription" at the second confirmation step.
After cancellation, please do recheck your account status and ensure there is no upcoming payment. By the way, you can still use the remainder of your bill.

2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?


Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you'd like and continue to use EtsyHunt for the remainder of your billing cycle. We will not charge after the expiry date.

3. Can I ask for a refund?


Please read EtsyHunt's Refund Policy: https://etsyhunt.com/refund-policy for details.
Advance notice: Requests that do not comply with the refund policy will not be approved.

We highly recommend that you fully understand the features and characteristics of our products and services before subscribing to a package to avoid refund situations.
When you believe your refund request should be approved, please contact our online cutomer service. We will process the request within 72 hours.
Note:
The first payment refers to the initial payment made using the registered account and does not include renewals, package upgrades, or repurchases.
When submitting a refund request, please provide sufficient and thorough reasons for the refund.
We do not accept refund requests based on insufficient usage or dissatisfaction with the product.
