1. Where do I download the invoice?
Please navigate to "Profile - Invoice - Download." The invoice will be sent to your email and please check your spam box.
2. How can I change the information on the invoice?
Please contact our online customer service and send us the information, and we will update your invoice for you.
3. When I click download invoice and it doesn't respond, how can I fix it?
If you are using Chrome, this sometimes happens because Chrome may block it for security reasons. We recommend that you retry in another browser or in a new incognito window.
